Inspect any CS2 skin in 3D

Pick a weapon or knife to open it in the viewer. Set the float and pattern seed, place stickers, a charm and a name tag, compare prices across marketplaces, and share the exact build as a link.

What cs2inspect.skin does

cs2inspect.skin renders Counter-Strike 2 skins in 3D in the browser — 2,025 finishes across every gun, knife and pair of gloves in the game. Each one is built from the game's own models and paint, so what you see is what the item looks like in your inventory.

Set the exact float and pattern seed, place stickers, a charm and a name tag, and share the build as a link. Every skin also has a price page that compares what it costs across marketplaces, with price history and alerts when it drops.

Frequently asked questions

What is a float in CS2?

The float (wear value) is a number from 0 to 1 that decides how worn a skin looks. It also decides the exterior: Factory New is 0.00–0.07, Minimal Wear 0.07–0.15, Field-Tested 0.15–0.38, Well-Worn 0.38–0.45 and Battle-Scarred 0.45–1.00. Many finishes only cover part of that range.

What is a pattern seed?

A number from 0 to 1000 that moves the paint across the model. For most finishes it changes little, but on Case Hardened, Fade, Doppler and similar finishes it decides the colours and is the main thing that makes one copy worth more than another.

Is it free?

Yes. Inspecting skins, sharing builds and comparing prices need no account. Signing in (with Steam or an email code) is only needed for price alerts.

Can I put this viewer on my own site?

Yes — the embed API lets you frame the viewer with any skin, float and pattern. See the API documentation at /docs/api.
